The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your house as well as organize cleaning schedules, and select the mopping mode you prefer. Mopping capabilities are also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide a deep clean. It also comes with mop lifter technology that lifts the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.
The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means that you can put it away and forget about it, only needing to change the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.
All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids that I've tested.
It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only issue is that it's expensive. But, the sheer number of features makes it a tempting option for anyone who wants to go away from their old stick vacuum and mop. If you can justify the cost, we highly recommend checking this one out.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The price is justified by the powerful features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all floors and managing to lift long hair without getting caught in. The mops also performed well, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.
The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for the mopping function and even dry the mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its smart controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.
Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops that I tested The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. In addition it's not as capable at scrubbing away stubborn stains as those found in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it still requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned out, and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. best robot cleaner sold separately will also need to be changed periodically.
I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For best robot cleaner who are on a smaller budget, I suggest considering a less basic model that allows you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase however, its cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a desire than a need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that will clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors, while taking care of wet messes, then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also has a huge battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans itself, making it stand out from other models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire length of the bot, and it is constantly filled with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Any dry debris is removed using the side brushes or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and then pumped into a larger storage bin. The tank that is onboard holds a good amount of water, and it can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.
Like many robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out from the box. The S1 Pro needs to be refilled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning products.
As with most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a space and navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my tests, but this may be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers lots of features at affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop however it has some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.
The app that runs this appliance is complex, with a broad range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually clean all areas that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. There are several mopping options that include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the mops' sensors to find the most efficient way to clean your home as it maps the space.
Like all Roborock models we've examined, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is efficient in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat way. Its 'Normal" pathing setting covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective although it's not as advanced as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect the dangers of carpets that are thick, but it may not always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels or electrical wires.
One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option which could be a problem for those who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. Thankfully, there's an easy workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping capabilities to remove the dust and traces that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice touch and helps the robot to get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
